Ingredients
  1. Crust for an 8" or 9" pie
Filling
  1. 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  2. 3 tomatoes, chopped
  3. 3 oz bacon or ham, chopped
  4. 3 oz cheddar cheese, grated
  5. 1/4 tsp. mustard
  6. 1 small tin, evaporated milk
  7. Mushrooms
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat overn to 400°
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Bake 30 minutes
  4. Serve hot or cold
