Sour Cream Coffee Cake 2015-10-13 17:01:17 Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 1 c. butter 1 tsp. baking Soda 1 c. sour cream 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 3 eggs, separated 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts Instructions Cream sugar and butter Add egg yolks and sour cream Beat until fluffy Add flower, baking powder and baking soda Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into batter Pour into greased and floured bundt pan Sprinkle topping of sugar, cinnamon, and nuts Dot butter Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour Let cool for 15 minutes

Twin Mountain Blueberry Coffee Cake 2014-12-11 20:01:34 Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 2 c Flour 1 c Sugar 3 t Baking Powder 1/4 t Salt 1/2 c Shortening 2 ea Egg 1 c Milk 1 1/2 c Blueberries 1 can Flaked Coconut (1/3 cup) Instructions Combine all ingredients except Blueberries. Lightly fold in Blueberries. Divide batter into two 9 inch cake pans and sprinkle Coconut on top. Bake cakes at 375° for 25 minutes.

Prune Chiffon Pie 2014-01-04 16:05:20 Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 1 envelope plain gelatin 1/4 c. water 3 eggs, separated 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1-1/2 tsp lemon rind 5 TB lemon juice 3/4 c cooked prune pulp Instructions Soak gelatin in 2 TB of water, set aside. Combine slightly beaten egg yolks with 1/2 c sugar, salt, lemon rind, lemon juice and 2 TB water Cook in double boiler until mixture thickens Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add prunes Cool until mixture begins to thicken. Beat egg whites until stiff Add 1/4 c. sugar Fold in gelatin mixture Turn into baked pie shell and chill until firm Garnish with whipped cream
