Rhubarb Apple Crunch 2015-02-25 12:39:57 Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 1 1/2 c rhubarb,chopped 1 1/2 c apple slices sugar, to taste 1 stirred egg 3/4 c quick oats 1/2 c flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c brown sugar 1/2 c butter Instructions Pre-heat oven to 350º Mix rhubarb and apple well with sugar and egg. place in the bottom of a buttered 8″x 8″ baking dish. Combine all dry ingredients. Cut into the butter and sprinkle over the fruit mixture. Bake for 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and juices are bubbling at the edges of the pan. Serve warm with cream.
