Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 1 lg orange (grate rind and save juice) 3 eggs (separated) 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1 under crust Instructions Bake undercrust in med oven 15 mins and cool Grate the rind of the orange, then juice orange and reserve rind and juice Whisk egg yolks with sugar Add orange juice and rind gratings to sugar Mix together Beat egg whites to light froth Stir in milk and whites to above ingredients Mix all well Pour into crust Bake at 350° for 30 mins (until barely set) Cool 20 minutes Refrigerate at least 3 hrs prior to serving
