Instructions Melt Shortening in double boiler, add Onions and cook over boiling water for 10 minutes. Blend in Flour, Mustard, Salt, Milk and Cheese. Stir until thick and cheese is melted. Add Crabmeat, Tomatoes, and Worcestershire Sauce. Pour filling into 2qt casserole dish.
Cheese Biscuit Topping Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and then add Cheese. Cut in Shortening until mixture looks like coarse meal. Add Milk.
Casserole Drop Biscuit Dough by teaspoons on top of Crab mixture. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
