Orange Kiss-Me Cake 2015-10-14 15:22:00 Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 1 large orange 1 c. raisins 1/2 c. walnuts 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped 2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. shortening 1 c. milk 2 eggs Instructions Grease and flour 13×9″ pan Squeeze orange, save juice Grind orange rind, raisins, and walnuts using a coarse blade Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda in mixing bowl Add shortening and milk Beat 1 1/2 minutes at low speed Add eggs Beat 1 1/2 minutes Stir in orange-raisin-walnut mixture Spread in prepared pan Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes Drizzle orange juice over warm cake Combine sugar, cinnamon and walnuts Sprinkle over cake

Sour Cream Coffee Cake 2015-10-13 17:01:17 Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 1 c. butter 1 tsp. baking Soda 1 c. sour cream 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 3 eggs, separated 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts Instructions Cream sugar and butter Add egg yolks and sour cream Beat until fluffy Add flower, baking powder and baking soda Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into batter Pour into greased and floured bundt pan Sprinkle topping of sugar, cinnamon, and nuts Dot butter Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour Let cool for 15 minutes

Cinnamon Toast Cake 2014-12-11 20:39:57 Write a review Save Recipe Print CAKE 2 c Flour 1 c Sugar 1 t Salt 2 t Baking Powder 1 c Milk 2 T Butter, melted 1 t Vanilla extract 1/2 c Raisins TOPPING 1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 t Cinnamon 1/2 c Butter, melted Instructions Sift together Flour, Sugar, Salt, and Baking Powder. Blend in Milk, Butter, Vanilla, and Raisins. Turn batter onto cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Drizzle 1/2 melted Butter over cake. Combine Sugar and Cinnamon sprinkle over top and return to oven for ten minutes.
