Cinnamon Toast Cake 2014-12-11 19:39:57 Write a review Save Recipe Print CAKE 2 c Flour 1 c Sugar 1 t Salt 2 t Baking Powder 1 c Milk 2 T Butter, melted 1 t Vanilla extract 1/2 c Raisins TOPPING 1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 t Cinnamon 1/2 c Butter, melted Instructions Sift together Flour, Sugar, Salt, and Baking Powder. Blend in Milk, Butter, Vanilla, and Raisins. Turn batter onto cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Drizzle 1/2 melted Butter over cake. Combine Sugar and Cinnamon sprinkle over top and return to oven for ten minutes.

Blueberry Boy Bait 2013-12-20 12:32:31 Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 2 cups flour 1-1/2 cup sugar 2/3 cup margarine 2 TB baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 unbeaten egg yolks 2 beaten egg whites 1 cup milk 1 cup blueberries Instructions Sift flour and sugar together into a large bowl Cut in margarine until the size of small peas Measure 3/4 cup of this mixture and set aside for topping Add baking powder, salt, unbeaten egg yolks and milk Beat for 3 minutes at low speed In a separate bowl beat two egg whites until stiff Fold gently into batter. Spread into greased 12×8 pan Sprinkle with blueberries, top with reserved crumble Bake at 350° for 40 minutes Serve hot with whipped cream or cold as a coffee cake
