Ingredients
  1. 6 ea Large Eggs, separated
  2. 1 t Baking Powder
  3. 1 1/2 c Sugar
  4. 1/2 c Pineapple juice
  5. 1 t Vanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 c Flour
Instructions
  1. Beat Egg Whites unit stiff, set aside.
  2. Sift Flour before measuring, sift again.
  3. Beat Egg Yolks adding sugar gradually until thick and light in color, add Vanilla and Pineapple Juice
  4. Beat in Flour and Baking Powder.
  5. Fold in stiff Egg Whites.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 350°
