Ingredients
  1. 1 c. butter
  2. 1 tsp. baking Soda
  3. 1 c. sour cream
  4. 1 1/2 c. flour
  5. 1 1/4 c. sugar
  6. 1 tsp. baking powder
  7. 3 eggs, separated
  8. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  9. 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Cream sugar and butter
  2. Add egg yolks and sour cream
  3. Beat until fluffy
  4. Add flower, baking powder and baking soda
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into batter
  6. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan
  7. Sprinkle topping of sugar, cinnamon, and nuts
  8. Dot butter
  9. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
  10. Let cool for 15 minutes
