Rhubarb Apple Crunch

  1. 1 1/2 c rhubarb,chopped
  2. 1 1/2 c apple slices
  3. sugar, to taste
  4. 1 stirred egg
  5. 3/4 c quick oats
  6. 1/2 c flour
  7. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  8. 3/4 c brown sugar
  9. 1/2 c butter
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350º
  2. Mix rhubarb and apple well with sugar and egg.
  3. place in the bottom of a buttered 8"x 8" baking dish.
  4. Combine all dry ingredients.
  5. Cut into the butter and sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and juices are bubbling at the edges of the pan.
  7. Serve warm with cream.
