  1. 16 large Queen Anne's Lace blossoms
  2. 3-1/2 c boiling water
  3. 3-3/4 c sugar
  4. 1 box Sure Gel
  1. Bring blossoms to boil in water
  2. Cook together for 20 minutes
  3. Strain liquid through coffee filters
  4. Measure out exactly 3 cup of blossom liquid, and place in kettle
  5. Add sugar and Sure Gel
  6. Bring to a boil
  7. Boil until liquid will not be boiled down any further
  8. Continue cooking for 1 minute
  9. Remove from heat
  10. Skim foam
  11. Pour into hot jars
  12. Seal using waterbath canning method or paraffin
  1. IMPORTANT: Be absolutely sure you are able to distinguish the difference between Queen Anne's Lace and Hemlock when harvesting blossoms, as Hemlock is quite poisonous and the plants are similar in appearance.
