Ingredients
  1. 1 c cooked prunes, diced
  2. 3/4 c sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. 1 tsp baking powder
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1-3/4 c flour
  7. 2 TB melted shortening
  8. 1/2 c nut meats
  9. 3/4 c prune juice
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. Mix wet ingredients together
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
  4. Pour into bread pan
  5. Bake at 350° until golden
