  1. 3 ea Eggs, separated
  2. 1 1/2 ea Lemon, Zest and Juice
  3. 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  4. 1/8 t Salt
  5. 1 ea Crumb Pie Shell
  1. Beat Egg Yolks until thick.
  2. Stir in Zest and Juice of Lemon, Condensed Milk and Salt.
  3. Beat Egg Whites until stiff
  4. Fold together.
  5. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
