Ingredients
  1. 2 c cooked , mashed Yams
  2. 1/2 c Green Bell Pepper, diced
  3. 2 T Butter
  4. 1 can Mushroom Soup
  5. 2/3 c Milk
  6. 1 T Onion, grated
  7. 1 t Black Pepper
  8. 1 T Mustard, prepared
  9. 3 T Flour
  10. 1/4 Water
  11. 3 c Ham, cubed
  12. Pineapple pieces
  13. Marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Pare, slice and boil 2 medium sized Yams until tender, mash and beat in a little milk until fluffy.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Cook Green Pepper in Butter about 3 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, combine Soup, Milk, Pepper, Onion and Mustard.
  5. Blend together Flour and Water.
  6. Add Flour mixture to soup mixture, cook stirring until thick, add Green Peppers and Ham.
  7. Divide mixture into 6 buttered ramekins or individual baking dishes.
  8. Top each ramekin with a ring of mashed Yams and garnish with Pineapple and Marshmallow.
  9. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
