  1. 2 TB melted butter
  2. 1 TB flour
  3. 1 C milk
  4. salt
  5. 1 egg yolk
  6. 1/4 c. grated cheese
  7. paprika
  8. 1 can crabmeat flake
  9. toast or crackers
  1. Mix butter, flour, milk and salt until smooth.
  2. Beat egg yolk separately and add to mixture
  3. Stir over medium heat, being careful not to boil
  4. add cheese and a dash of paprika
  5. When mixed thoroughly, add crab
  6. serve on toast or crackers
