Cinnamon Toast Cake

CAKE
  1. 2 c Flour
  2. 1 c Sugar
  3. 1 t Salt
  4. 2 t Baking Powder
  5. 1 c Milk
  6. 2 T Butter, melted
  7. 1 t Vanilla extract
  8. 1/2 c Raisins
TOPPING
  1. 1/2 c Sugar
  2. 1 1/2 t Cinnamon
  3. 1/2 c Butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Sift together Flour, Sugar, Salt, and Baking Powder.
  2. Blend in Milk, Butter, Vanilla, and Raisins.
  3. Turn batter onto cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Drizzle 1/2 melted Butter over cake.
  5. Combine Sugar and Cinnamon sprinkle over top and return to oven for ten minutes.
