Ham and Yam Ramekins 2013-12-21 17:26:48 Write a review Save Recipe Print Total Time 45 min Total Time 45 min Ingredients 2 c cooked , mashed Yams 1/2 c Green Bell Pepper, diced 2 T Butter 1 can Mushroom Soup 2/3 c Milk 1 T Onion, grated 1 t Black Pepper 1 T Mustard, prepared 3 T Flour 1/4 Water 3 c Ham, cubed Pineapple pieces Marshmallows Instructions Pare, slice and boil 2 medium sized Yams until tender, mash and beat in a little milk until fluffy. Season to taste. Cook Green Pepper in Butter about 3 minutes. In a saucepan, combine Soup, Milk, Pepper, Onion and Mustard. Blend together Flour and Water. Add Flour mixture to soup mixture, cook stirring until thick, add Green Peppers and Ham. Divide mixture into 6 buttered ramekins or individual baking dishes. Top each ramekin with a ring of mashed Yams and garnish with Pineapple and Marshmallow. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
