Cinnamon Toast Cake 2014-12-11 20:39:57 Write a review Save Recipe Print CAKE 2 c Flour 1 c Sugar 1 t Salt 2 t Baking Powder 1 c Milk 2 T Butter, melted 1 t Vanilla extract 1/2 c Raisins TOPPING 1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 t Cinnamon 1/2 c Butter, melted Instructions Sift together Flour, Sugar, Salt, and Baking Powder. Blend in Milk, Butter, Vanilla, and Raisins. Turn batter onto cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Drizzle 1/2 melted Butter over cake. Combine Sugar and Cinnamon sprinkle over top and return to oven for ten minutes.

Twin Mountain Blueberry Coffee Cake 2014-12-11 21:01:34 Write a review Save Recipe Print Ingredients 2 c Flour 1 c Sugar 3 t Baking Powder 1/4 t Salt 1/2 c Shortening 2 ea Egg 1 c Milk 1 1/2 c Blueberries 1 can Flaked Coconut (1/3 cup) Instructions Combine all ingredients except Blueberries. Lightly fold in Blueberries. Divide batter into two 9 inch cake pans and sprinkle Coconut on top. Bake cakes at 375° for 25 minutes.

Egg 1 c Brown Sugar 1 c Sour Milk 1 t Cinnamon 1t Clove 1t Nutmeg 2 c Flour 1 t Baking Soda 1 c Raisins 1/2 c Walnut pieces Instructions Cream Shortening, Sugar, and Egg together. Add Sour Milk Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Add Raisins and Nuts. Bake in cupcake tins in a 350° oven for 15 minutes.
